Recipes & rituals

A curation of my favorite Because I Love Myself tea recipes — each designed to turn your daily cup into a moment of ritual, reflection, and radiance

This is one of the best selling teas I have. I love this tea for when I am going to write, read, or have a lot going on and need a little breather.

My favorite way to make this tea is as an iced herbal lemonade.

Quick recipe for a single serving.

  1. Steep one tbs in 2 cups of room temperature water & steep for at least ten minutes.

  2. In a separate cup add a half lemons juice

  3. Honey to taste with a dash of simple syrup if you like it sweet & mix (for simple syrup I boil a cup of organic cane sugar with 1/2 cups of water until the its dissolved)

  4. Add ice

  5. Strain the steeped tea into the cup

  6. Mix & garnish with a lemon slice

  7. Enjoy & refresh!

An intention for this tea while brewing would be to speak aloud or feel into the tea & ask it for support with the three pillars it was created for.

Examples… If you need ease, you can say “with each sip of this tea, I will feel more & more at ease.”

If you need focus, you can imagine yourself being fully focused & get all of your work or tasks done quickly & efficiently with calm & soothing energy.

Then with each sip, know that what you intended is what is being created.

This is another best seller. I always say it tastes like you’re relaxing on a tropical vacation… so i brew this tea when i just want that feeling of being refreshed & feeling lively.

This is a hibiscus based tea with a minty aftertaste. Refreshing & delish. I also love this tea iced.

Quick recipe for a single serving

  1. Steep 1 tbs in 2 cups of water & let steep at least 5 minutes

  2. In a separate cup squeeze lime to taste, I like a half of lime but a quarter of one is also nice

  3. Add a tbs of organic agave syrup & mix, you can get this at any grocery store

  4. Add ice

  5. Stir in the steeped tea

  6. Garnish with a lime wedge

  7. Enjoy

An intention for this tea would be to ask aloud while you’re creating & brewing, “where in my life can in integrate ease?’ & if you already have the answer you can ask “How can I bring the feeling of ease into my every day life?” “Where can I make adjustments to allow myself to feel more refreshed every day?”

Then with each sip, feel the refreshing mint & lime bring forward joy & fun while releasing anything that you don’t need to be holding onto.

An adaptogenic blend of deliciousness. This is a powder form, & i make this cacao latte when i want to take a breather & go within, journal, light candles & just be in my own presence, often finishing the cup with immense gratitude & a deeper knowing of self

My favorite way to make this is very quick and simple, just under 5 minutes

  1. In a small pot put 1/4 cup of water & a half tbs of Dreamin powder (if you want it thicker and stronger do a tbs but it can be pretty potent)

  2. Mix until it is well blended together & warm

  3. Once heated & blended, add in 1 cup of oat milk (or desired milk)

  4. Add 1 tbs (or to taste) of organic sugar cane

  5. Continue stirring until it’s hot, but not boiling

  6. Pour in your favorite mug & enjoy

An intention I set for this latte is affirmations of self. I love myself. I am loved. I am worthy. Everything in my life is for me & works in my favor. I move through life with ease.

With each sip, you will find yourself feeling releases of natural endorphins & dopamine. So you are not silly if you end up smiling for “no reason” or feeling like you are the coolest person you know…

A powerhouse for your immune system. I love making this as an herbal lemonade for my family & friends any time of year, not just when they’re sick.

Simple recipe for a small batch of iced tea:

  1. Steep 3 tbs in 4 cups of water for an hour

  2. Juice 3 lemons & add to cup large enough to hold 6 cups of liquid

  3. Add honey to taste & simple syrup

  4. Add a cup of water & mix

  5. Stir in steeped tea

  6. Optional for every individual cup, add vitamin c & elderberry syrup portioned appropriately for age & size

For hot tea its simple

  1. 1 tsp per cup of hot water

  2. Let steep for 3-5 minutes

  3. Add honey & lemon if desired

  4. Enjoy

The intention for this tea is a little different, you’d ask for clarity & healing. Example: please support me/my family/intended person, on health & wellness & give me clarity on how to support my body with what it needs so I heal but also so I can see where I can make improvements in my life to not get sick.

This tea I love hot & simple.

  1. 1 tsp per cup of water

  2. Bring water to just before boiling.

  3. Steep for 3-5 minutes

  4. A squeeze of a lemon wedge or drink as is

  5. Enjoy

Intention for this tea would be focusing on nurturing yourself, & nourishing every part of your body. Focusing on balance & wholeness.

As you sip, allow the tea to warm your body & spirit.

Tea created for pregnant mamas but great support for womens bodies.

I love this herbal blend as a Spritz.

  1. Mix 3 tbs to a cup & a half of room temp water for extra potency & let steep for a minimum of 5 minutes. I let this steep overnight personally but if you’re in a time crunch you’ll still get the taste.

  2. Strain

  3. In a separate cup, mix a tbs of lemon juice & a dab of honey & mix

  4. Add your ice, I love guava juice ice in this which is just guava juice in ice molds & rose water ice, rose petals inside the ice molds & add water. Regular ice will do though too.

  5. Pour sparkling water 2/3rds of the cup

  6. Top with the BEAUTEA concentrate

  7. Stir gently & garnish with lemon

  8. Enjoy

My intention for this is always the same, I ask Jesus to show me how he sees me. & every single time I feel what this tea was created for as I sip… I feel loved, His presence, my own unconditional love of myself & a deep rooted joy.

This tea has major “main character energy” mixed with self love era. I love this tea when i am getting ready, when i am feeling extra grateful to be me, or when some joy is what i need.

These teas were created for your evolution — steep, sip, and follow along with the simple rituals that remind you: you are your own safe place.
